Pumpkin Muffins
1 c flour
1 ½ c nonfat dry milk
1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
2 tsp baking soda
4 eggs
6 packets of artificial sweetener
2 c canned pumpkin
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c shredded carrot
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
¼ c raisins
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs with remaining ingredients in med bowl; mix well. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Makes 24.
