Quick and Healthy Bran Muffins
1 c whole wheat
½ c bran flakes
¾ c skim milk
1 egg
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp baking soda
½ c honey
Preheat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 12.
